Our Fees – Conveyancing

Our Conveyancing fees for all types of transactions are charged on a fixed fee basis. The time scale we envisage in this matter is approximately 6-8 weeks, providing the matter goes through without any unforeseen problems and the information from the other parties and various authorities is forthcoming. It is also of essence that parties are prompt and work efficiently to ensure that matters are progressed in a timely manner. Our Firm’s Terms and Conditions of Business sets out all these keys matters.

  • Mrs Taranjeet Sohal has the overall supervision of all Conveyancing Matters. Mrs Sohal is a Solicitor/Partner of the Firm and qualified in the year 2010.
  • Mr Ubaidur Raza, is a Trainee Legal Executive and a member of CILEx, who has been working in Conveyancing since 2017 to date.
